FreeState Electric scored 83 on its recent American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) member satisfaction survey. Its insurer, Federated Rural Insurance Exchange, also considers FreeState a “high-performing” cooperative.
FreeState retires capital credits when the Board of Trustees deems it economically feasible.
