Before service can be established, a membership application needs to be on file. Please note, you can add a second person. You may also add an agent to your account. An agent is allowed to receive information regarding your account, but is not responsible for payment, nor has any ownership of the account including access to voting or capital credits. 

To fill out the form, download first by clicking on the arrow in the top right of the box below. Then click download in your browser, located at the top right. Once filled out, you can save the file and submit to the cooperative.

Start/Transfer Service

Click here to have an existing electric service transferred or energized in your name. If you would like to transfer or energize more than one meter or location, please return to this service portal for the additional services. Currently, this sign-up method is only for existing residential accounts. Please call the office for Commercial services or to build a new service.
