To the attention of all members of FreeState Electric Cooperative, Inc., organized and existing under and by virtue of Chapter 17, Article 46, of the laws and the State of Kansas.

You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of April 2026, the annual meeting of said FreeState Electric Cooperative, Inc., referred to above, will be held at 6 p.m. at the McLouth office located in Jefferson County at 507 N. Union, McLouth, Kansas, to take action on the following matters:

  • 1. The report of officers, trustees and committees.
  • 2. The election of three trustees of the cooperative.
  • 3. All other business that may come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
