Evergy (FreeState's power supplier) plans to perform equipment maintenance at the Leavenworth substation, starting at approximately 11:55 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28.

Evergy crews will be replacing critical infrastructure during this time at the substation. The work is expected to conclude at approximately 2 a.m.

This work is weather-dependent and we will update our members if something changes.

We understand that this is inconvenient, and do apologize, however, this replacement is important in providing reliable service to FreeState members.
